After 116k, my stock struts were due for replacement, especially with the saggy rear that Subie's are known for. Oh my, what a difference. The ride is stiff, but not overly so, especially after playing with the rebound adjustment to find the sweet spot. I did go with the overload rear springs to counteract the rooftop tent and bike carrier, so the extra stiffness out back was to be expected.

Being able to adjust the ride height is an added bonus as I was able to dial in the front and rear separately to get the look I was going for.

The install was straightforward, and I had it done in a day. Though if there is one thing I would wish for are more detailed instructions. Not a big deal, as these can be found online. Just would have saved the extra step.

Overall, these things not only feel great on- and off-road, but have made made my little Subie into a true SUV. I'd definitely recommend this setup.

I Initially had the adf 1 1/2” spacer lift which I knew I shouldn’t have gone with as the spacer lifts tend to damage the struts, I finally but the bullet and purchased the GR Lites with the recommendation for what my intended needs were, out of the box you can see how well designed and put together they are.
I had them installed by a “professional” and wasn’t happy at all, only to find out from flatout that the guy had not locked down the front struts and the shut was banging like crazy, in contacted flatout and they were more than accommodating to help me with this issue. Now that they are set properly, I couldn’t be happier. The ride is a night and day difference from stock. Being able to adjust the ride height and comfort zone is a home run!
I will definitely be recommending them and will purchase another set next year for another Subaru.
