Just like everyone else in the industry; we too are flooded with orders and dealing with material and parts shortages. To help get orders moving as quickly as possible, we are buying supplies we need in bulk at every opportunity.
We have a current lead time of 8-10 weeks from order to shipping on our coilover suspension builds.
21-22 Ford Bronco Sport
After countless calls, text, and emails; we are pleased to announce that our GR Lite and GR Plus 2" Lift suspensions are in development for the new Ford Bronco Sport! We anticipate pre-orders shipping in July. We are also offer a rear control arm to allow camber correction for those looking to lift over 1.5-2".
2022 Subaru WRX Coilovers!!
We have coilovers...complete, ready to go coilovers for the 22 Subaru WRX! We hit the ground running and the moment we had access to the 22 WRX, we got to work. Front sway bar is hooked up, and the brake lines and ABS lines are hooked up. It's 100% ready to go. While others are scrambling with prototypes, rest assured ours are production models ready for you to order!
We place a large emphasis on the R&D of our rally suspension offerings. With the success of the GR40 and GR50, we are proud to introduce our "PRO" models which most notably feature external reservoirs with three-way damping control. Our GR50 & GR50 PRO feature 50mm inserts and a massive 62mm body.
The Flatout GR40 goes to Baja!
Back in early March, Rhys Millen Racing contacted us about Volkswagen entering the all new ID4 EV for the NORRA 1000 and they needed a suspension built pronto! We set to work, built a custom set of our GR40 shocks and got it done in record time. Testing went well and the car is race-ready for none other than Tanner Foust to be at the helm. I can’t even begin to tell you how excited we are!
Subaru Subframe Spacers
Add these rear multi-link subframe spacers to your lifted Subaru to correct the rear suspension geometry. As you lift, the rear tire shifts forward in the arch, upsetting your alignment and reduces clearance of the rear tire. The drop kits correct that problem and puts everything back in it's proper place. 1.5” and 2.0” spacers in production now!

Our GR40 suspension was built to take on the exact conditions of Getaway Driver's compound; smooth, rough, and unpredictable terrain. It was an absolute blast to be a part of something this cool!
Casper has had his Flatout GR40s on his 05 Subaru Forester since December 2020, and he has been putting them through their paces ever since. It seems like his motto should be "hey guys, watch this." He's far from gentle with his suspension, once again proving just how durable these things really are.

We have begun introducing our new CS (Club Sport) Coilovers to the world pretty quietly. Well, we think it's about time we kick the door down and show you these. Most notably, the front shock is inverted and the rear shock has an external reservoir. This set up is designed for daily drivers that participate in weekend track days with no compromise in comfort or performance.

The GR Plus is for folks that want to lift, but need a bit more than our GR Lite has to offer...yet, they don't necessarily need a full blown rally GR40. The GR Plus falls in the middle of the Lite and 40. You get the inverted front shocks, but ditch the rear reservoirs. Same 8" of travel, same ability to lift. Same top notch quality.

We have been working endlessly to develop the best possible rally/ rallycross suspension to ever wave the Flatout banner, and we've done it. The body is one piece with OEM adapting hardware, and the insert is 100% brand new. The GR is available in three levels; the GR40 for the rallycrosser/ club level rallyist, the GR50 for the average rallyist, and the GR-PRO for the hardcore dedicated rallyist, We are extremely excited to have these available, and we can't wait for you to try them!

Each and every shock we produce is thoroughly tested. We perform a continuous 24hr test to ensure there are no leaks and we put each shock on the dyno to ensure the valving matches the spring rates and characteristics you specifically require. As we are able to custom valve your shocks, there is no room for guesswork. Our strict quality control standards mean your parts will have been thoroughly inspected before they are in your hands. Our work is confidently backed by a 36 month warranty on our road suspensions.
