I had the first Gen GR40 on my 21 Ascent, I thought the ride wasn't too bad, until I upgraded to the GR40R. There is a night and day difference in how the vehicle rides! Flatout was great at answering any questions or concerns I had about the setup, regardless of time of day. I had an issue with some noise and they told me exactly what to check to fix it. Great product and great customer service!
