Flatout Suspension – Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy

1. All Sales Final

All Flatout Suspension products are built-to-order performance parts using globally sourced components and strict assembly standards. For this reason, all sales are final once an order is placed.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with performance.

  • Improper installation or vehicle fitment errors.

  • Customer preference changes after checkout.


2. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Product Shipped – If Flatout Suspension ships an item different from what was ordered.

  2. Defective on Arrival – If the product arrives damaged or defective in shipping (must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery).

  3. Warranty Coverage – Products may be repaired or replaced under warranty. Refunds are not issued under warranty claims. Labor is not compensated, no exceptions.

  4. Under no circumstances is any shop labor or additional parts cost reimbursed.

All other requests are ineligible.


3. Returns & Restocking

If a return or cancellation mid-order is authorized at Flatout Suspension’s sole discretion:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to the return/ cancellation.

  • Return period is 30 days from the date the product was delivered to you.
  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Customer must pay all return shipping, insurance, and handling costs.

  • Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will be refused and returned to the sender.


4. Sale Prices, Discounts & Promotional Codes

Flatout Suspension runs automated, scheduled promotional events using time-restricted discount codes. For this reason, sale pricing is not retroactive under any circumstances.

  • If you purchased prior to the start of a sale, you are not eligable for the promotional discount.

  • Discounts and promotional codes cannot be manually applied to previously placed orders.

  • Sale prices are only valid during the published sale period and must be applied at time of checkout.

  • We will not refund the difference to match or offset sale pricing after an order is placed.

  • If you choose to cancel your order and re-purchase during a sale period, your original order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Flatout Suspension reserves the right to deny a re-purchase during the sale period at our discretion if an attempted cancellation/reorder is made for the purpose of bypassing this policy.

By completing checkout, the customer agrees to all terms in this Sale Pricing Policy.


5. Proof of Fulfillment

Every order is documented for dispute protection:

  • Carrier tracking number and delivery confirmation.

  • Photographic evidence of product and packaging before shipment.

  • Signature confirmation required for high-value orders.

This documentation will be used in any chargeback dispute to prove proper fulfillment.


6. Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase with Flatout Suspension, the customer agrees to:

  • Contact Flatout Suspension directly to attempt resolution before initiating any dispute.

  • Accept that dissatisfaction, preference changes, or installation issues do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

  • Understand that initiating a chargeback outside this published policy constitutes a breach of the sales agreement.

  • Return the product; at our expense with a provided label, within 7 days of a decision in your favor.

Flatout Suspension reserves the right to pursue legal action and collection efforts in cases of fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.



Flatout Suspension – 3-Year Limited Warranty

1. Coverage & Duration

Flatout Suspension warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and installation, for a period of the lesser of 36 months (3 years) from installation or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.


2. Express Warranty Promise

During this warranty period, Flatout Suspension will, at its option:

  • Repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser (excluding labor), or

  • Issue a refund for the defective part, in accordance with Maryland implied warranty law and the federal Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act.


3. Conditions & Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear-and-tear, cosmetic damage, or surface rust.

  • Shop labor expenses.

This warranty may be voided if installation is done improperly or by unqualified individuals.


4. Implied Warranties

Under Maryland law, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose apply.


Notice about Lead Times:

Flatout Suspension products are built to order, and production timelines vary throughout the year. During high demand periods, typically November through March, lead times can be longer than usual. Before purchasing, customers are encouraged to use the order ETA tool at flatoutsuspension.com/order-eta to view the current estimate for their specific order. By placing an order, you have already checked an acknowledgement box that directs you to flatoutsuspension.com/built-to-order, which describes our build process and again links to the order ETA calculator. To avoid any misunderstanding, a final popup at checkout provides one more reminder about lead times and estimated shipping windows. We value your order and work to ship every product as quickly as possible, and we also make every effort to present these timelines clearly so expectations remain accurate.
