Flatout Suspension – Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy

1. Built-to-Order Products – All Sales Final

Flatout Suspension products are custom-built, made-to-order performance components assembled after purchase using globally sourced parts and customer-selected configurations. These are not off-the-shelf retail items.

Because each order is built specifically for the purchaser, all sales are final once an order is placed and processing has begun.

By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees:

  • They are purchasing a custom-built performance product.
  • Fitment suitability has been independently verified by the buyer.
  • Professional installation is recommended and installer selection is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Aftermarket performance parts may require standard installation adjustments.

Refunds or cancellations are not permitted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Installation difficulty or installer refusal
  • Vehicle compatibility assumptions not verified by the buyer
  • Performance preference or ride feel
  • Financial or personal circumstances
  • Changes in customer preference after purchase

2. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only if:

  1. Incorrect Product Shipped – Item materially differs from the invoice.
  2. Defective on Arrival – Reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

All claims require photo documentation and inspection. Flatout Suspension reserves the right to repair or replace rather than refund.

No labor, installation, towing, rental, or third-party costs are reimbursed under any circumstance.


3. Returns & Restocking

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization and at Flatout Suspension’s sole discretion.

  • 25% restocking fee minimum
  • Return request must be within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused, uninstalled, original packaging required
  • Customer pays all return shipping and insurance
  • Custom-built orders may be non-returnable
  • Unauthorized returns are refused

4. Promotional Pricing

Sale pricing is time-restricted and non-retroactive. Discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied afterward.

Canceling to reorder during a sale is subject to restocking fees and may be denied.


5. Proof of Fulfillment

  • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Photographic shipment documentation
  • Signature confirmation on high-value orders
  • Serial number tracking tied to purchaser

6. Chargeback Policy

By completing checkout, the customer enters a binding agreement and agrees to contact Flatout Suspension before initiating any dispute.

  • Chargebacks for non-defect reasons violate the purchase agreement.
  • If a chargeback is filed and decided in the customer’s favor, the customer must return the product within 7 days.
  • If merchandise is retained after a chargeback, the customer agrees to pay the outstanding balance.
  • Failure to return merchandise may result in collection or legal action.

Flatout Suspension reserves the right to pursue recovery for invalid or fraudulent chargebacks.
