*BOING!* *POP* When you turn the wheel

We get this one a lot and it's the easiest thing to diagnose.

Your suspension is quiet but when you turn the wheel, you hear a loud BOING (spring noise) then a sudden POP.

99.99999^% of the time, your blue locking collar under the blue spring perch (the big ring under the spring) isn't tight enough. You put your wrenches on and you got them snugged by hand, but it's not enough. Depending on the spring rate, the weight of the vehicle, etc. those rings will eventually break loose.

Here's what to do:

The trick is to hold the larger wrench with your left hand palm, and use your left thumb to hold the small wrench in place. Tap the small wrench (pointing to the right) until the ring stops spinning. Use light steady taps, not heavy blows. Like Chubbs said, "Just taaaaap it in."

Noise gone. Every time.
